but good milkshakes tend to have more calories and more saturated fat

My mom used to microwave milk for me when I couldn't sleep and it would put me right to sleep

I get the iced skinny vanilla lattes. They use nonfat milk and sugar free syrup. The frappachinos have too much sugar in it for me. I believe the frappachino lights use splenda and you can ask for skim milk in them.
