Works fine. I have all kinds of chargers and what not for it depending on what you need.

It's unactivated so you could do the $25/mo unlimited data and text with 300 minutes or the $45/mo unlimited everything within minutes of picking it up.

It does have the recent 2.2 android update that came out, but i'll be doing a system restore before selling so it might have to be redone (not sure).

it pretty much is, its the sprint network and its solid. i havn't had any issues in raleigh and have been saving $70/mo

Can you tether that thing on Virgin Mobile w/o buying a tethering subscription? Do they catch on like AT&T does?

it works with pdanet and a few others fine.
don't know about whether they catch you, but i was ok with it for over 6 months but trying not to do over 50mb/day just cause i heard thats a flagging limit on all carriers.
