my ratio has been 0.60 +/- 0.02 for over a year. i have relatively low activity though..

do you guys actively upload or just seed all your snatches? I do the latter and even with rather selective downloading I still never see anything over 1. I've made sure I'm "visible" and done all the utorrent hotrodding but my UL is painfully slow. Takes about a week to get 500MB of upload. Maybe I'm doomed to shitty ratios being a metalhead...noone else likes the stuff enough to download

I seeded 100% of my downloads for the first 2+ years. A couple months ago my hard drive was filling up and having duplicates of a huge part of my music library wasn't helping. I trash bin'd everything that I had seeded for a year or more and had a 2.0 or higher on, probably like 25% of my seeds.
