Observation: Tdubbers have an amazingly high number of mutual facebook friends. Somehow, Joie and I have 90 mutual friends on facebook ... yet we've never met.

The other day a saw a new friendship pop up with 3 mutual friends. I didn't know the new person but I know the 3 mutuals (obviously) and I'm pretty sure none of them know each other. Just me and that other person. This has nothing to do with Tdub but everything to do with mutual Facebook friends. everything

When I browse profiles, I try to find people that I have mutual friends with that I know from completely different places. Like, it's better if the mutual friends are someone I know from Raleigh and someone from Jacksonville than two people from Jacksonville that haven't met.

These were from 3 different towns, and I knew all of them through unrelated activities, but they aren't quite that spread out. It's just unlikely any of them would met without me introducing them. Now that I'm thinking more about it I might ask actually

I only have 155 facebook friends. I never had FB until 2009 before I moved back to NC and I'm stingy with who I accept. I actually haven't requested anyone in nearly a year.

I have a few TWWer's but only a few (maybe two) that I didn't know for a long time before TWW.
