So today, Im leaving work in RTP. Traffic is majorly backed up outside. Get around it going the other way and looping back. Find out the next big stop light is out. Ok. Call HP, they are like well we dont have people to direct traffic, call Cary or Morrisville.

Call Cary (knowing the other side of the street is in Cary, and Morrisville is about a mile away), Cary PD is like oh well that light is owned by the county. We cant do anything. Call the HP. I JUST DID!

Can I paint my apartment and do what the guy did with his house? Maybe all the Brad Cooper "Hes been framed by CPD" types will join in.

Law Enforcement is often the most incompetent branch of any municipality, mainly because they have the trump card of that 3% of the time when you really need them to fall back on whenever anyone questions their efforts.

Its always been like that, and always will be.

last time i called RPD, the mfer drove to the end of the street, turned around and drove back--never slowed down and damn sure never got out of the car. fucker did it just so he could say he responded and didn't see anything--of course not, he wouldn't have seen a dead body unless it was in the middle of the street
