i just bought a kinda pricey article of clothing online

i needed to return it for a different size (it was not for me, i got it for someone who looked at it and told me their size ), and it was nonrefundable, non returnable.


and it said so in the agreement i checked >.<

That would never stand to benefit you though. If they did keep a record and present it in court, it would work in your favor.

Fine print. Always read the fine print. After a while, you'll begin to notice templates and be able to read them fast
