I didn't have many friends when I first moved to my last job in Portsmouth, VA. Then one day a lieutenant in the navy was like HEY COME HANG OUT WITH US and voila I had some friends. Just keep your eye out for social types in your accounting class.

If worse comes to worse, YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE TDUB!

And if that's not enough, you'll always have alcohol. Cheers, and fuck life.

Edit: If you like having lots of friends though it might still be tough. I was cool having a small group of friends I wasn't super well acquainted with, but I've always been reaaaaaaally independent, socially speaking, so sitting in a room alone for months at a time doesn't wear on me as badly as it would on others.
