I will be the first to admit I was an instigator for quite a while... on my sister's birthday I was pissed and smacked her head with a hand mirror (breaking it) when I was like 5 or 6

I instigated a bit as well. There was a kid growing up named Jason Cabral who I despised. Fat, worthless, generally a waste of flesh. He kept to himself, but I razzed him endlessly. My pet name for him was GLOSER WEHOS, an acronym of Gay LOSER Who Eats His Own Shit. Not a day went by that I didn't make a joke at his expense. We came to blows several times, and each of us was suspended for bodily harm inflicted on the other.

A dozen years later, I'm worth a million bucks.

a got into a fight in middle school after a guy pegged me in the face with a basketball because i was ballin out on him. i got in one good swing and hit before it was broken up.

I got sucker pucnched once and basically ended up in a lopsided fight against my will.

On the ice I've gotten two fighting majors, they were more or less wrestling matches... but I've punched quite a few people and got away with just roughing calls. Then theres the time I went after the goalie because he blockered this girl in the back of the head when she got flattened by a defenseman and was laying on the ice. I got him in a headlock, and got in a few licks, but there were so many other people around us that the refs didn't see it. I got no penalty.

a few in elementary/middle school... in 7th grade i got in a fight with a dude because he spit on my head from above me in the bleachers... i ended up hurting his neck and they had to call the paramedics... it scared the shit out of me and ever since i have been very careful and willing to talk through shit before it escalated into anything... i don't really have anything to prove. I have been in a scuffle or two but nothing that required punches to be thrown. (one major exception was when i had to protect my little sis)

the funniest fight i ever was in, i didn't really do shit.

i put this kid's trumpet mouthpiece on the toilet seat right before band class in 7th grade. everyone hated this kid.

anyways, he found out it was me, bull charged me with his head down.

all i did was move to the left, he ran head first into the chalkboard and knocked himself out, and burst his hairline with a pretty rawkus cut. that area bleeds good.

everyone lol'd, and told the teacher he did it to himself. which he did. he comes to and is just laying on the floor, moaning, and bleeding out in front of everyone.

I have an older sister and we scrapped constantly. Usually I was on the losing end of those fights until I was about 15 or so because she outweighed me by about 50 pounds, but the tables started to turn them.

I remember one fight when i was 16, not sure what it was about, but I pushed her back into a coffee table and she got a good gash on her forehead. I also got some good chunks of hair from all the pulling, and nailed her in the groin.

Now when I visit PA, we get cocktails together. Fun times

haha i had my ex-gf and her fiance show up at my house at 12:30am a few weeks ago, for what reason nobody knows. I didn't feel like dealing with it then, so I showed up at theirs the next morning at 8am.

Dickhead attacked me with a 7 iron.

I mean I'm 6'2. Not really.

I can say this...fights aren't cool anymore, and hitting someone several times as hard as you can at 32 does a lot more damage than it did when I was a 15...my last "fight"

First thing I did was call my lawyer, despite the fact that it was self defense.

Second thing was drive to her parents. Funny to have her mom wash his blood off my shirt and sew a new button on while her dad iced my hand and told her to get the hell away from that loser.

only time I've ever been hit in the face - older kid that I knew from school was walking around and it was a snow day so I hit him with a snowball. he said not to do it again, so naturally I did it again. he tackled me and hit me in the face once. It didn't hurt, just startled me a bit since I had never been hit in the face.

I used to fight every day in middle school with the same three kids but we never hit in the face, which is weird I guess but it was a private Christian school so that probably wouldn't have been tolerated. Never lost back in the day and I was definitely a bully but I was also the smallest kid in the grade.

Never got in any real fights in high school, college, after college but this one kid at Downtown Sports Bar kept bumping into everyone really hard and my friend told him politely to keep his shit together and he started running his mouth so I told him to fuck off and he flicked me off so I pushed him really hard straight onto the floor. It was like everyone in that packed-ass bar just stopped and the bouncers came and put me in a full nelson and carried me out the front of the bar.

I've got one.

In 7th grade the teacher left the class for some reason and this big kid Brandon took a girls camera and started teasing her with it, acting like he was going to smash it on the floor and break it. I was behind him and I reached up and grabbed the camera and gave it back to the girl. Before I could get back to my seat, Brandon (about twice my size) grabbed me and threw me about 10 feet away against a large cabinet. Pretty sure I suffered a concussion...but they didn't check for that shit back then. I got out of class for the rest of the day though. I was pretty embarrassed, but I was a pipsqueak back then...so it's not like I could have done anything about.

Not too many fights since then. I broke up a ton of fights in high school and college...suffered some licks and got in a few during those "break-ups". Worked in a lot of bars and had to kick a lot of people out...so I've gotten scratches and bruises from that as well.

a kid hit me in the back with a broom when i was 10...I turned around and gave him a right hook to the lower ribs. He went down crying and I was standing over him when my grandma interfered with his punishment.

thank you to the gentleman who killed my front tooth...apparently trying to break someone's fist with your face is not a good idea, although he didnt knock me out

i have been in way too many fights, probably more than 10 as an adult (drinking+army+general dumbassedness) but havent been in any in years and dont plan on being in anymore, i am way more mellow than i once was

My dad used to hit me pretty hard. He never broke my jaw or teeth or anything, but I've definitely crumpled over in pain. I tried to hit him back once, but I almost broke my 12 year old hand on his chin. I wouldn't call that much of a fight though.

Haven't been in any good fights outside of work, I'm very non-confrontational but I've been in my fair share at work...one was a true slobberknocker that went sideways real quick.
