^^ I believe you might be correct. But nonetheless it is good Hazmat training incident if nothing else. Full response still on scene.
They are now removing cylinder to outside of building where it can be looked over more thoroughly.

Good training but that is an awful lot of units now out of their primary. Also a lot of apparatus responding hot if they didn't cut back cold.

I've seen a training drill at burlington labs. Big ass waste of money, but they have to do something to stay busy.

Nice. I work there. Someone who doesnt know shit about nitrogen cylinders called hazmat. They clearly didnt belong in the NE building because they didnt know that the "frosted all on the top" is called fucking ice. Ice happens when water gets cold. Water is in the air. Nitrogen cylinders have a bypass to maintain/relieve pressure. Liquid nitrogen=cold. Real cold plus water sometimes = ice. An idiot in the NE building = hazmat apparently.
