I've always been curious about this. But I wanted to know for sure. So I did a little research.

First, the shit. Studies show that average weight of a human dump is 123.6 grams, with a standard deviation of 40.2. That's slightly more than four ounces, .27 pounds to be exact. Now, I know we all have our epic five pounders, but those are balanced out enough by the tiny brocolli lean pocket dumps that I feel comfortable using the .27 value as an acceptable average.

Next, the frequency. This varies greatly from person to person, as some regularly defecate multiple times a day, while others shit only 3-4 times a week. I'm about a dump and a half per day person myself, which we'll round to 10 dumps per week.

So each week, I output approximately 2.7 pounds of poop. 2.7 x 52 = 140.4 pounds a year. 140.4 x 26.5 = 3720.6 pounds of shit

Leaving me just a mere 280 pounds away from my two ton goal, which I should hit almost exactly two years from now. Big party at my house to mark the occasion.

the interesting thing would be to somehow estimate the weight of food you've consumed, less water content, and compare this to your crap total to ballpark your energy conversion efficiency
