I tried a few bluetooth adapters and they sucked. This is what I ended up going with:

are you wanting bluetooth headphones? Or regular headphones transmitted over bluetooth (like a bridge)?

Motorola makes great bluetooth headphones in the sub $100 range. Logitech and Sennheiser have great sets too.

I have a blackberry one hooked to my stereo...I think it is backwards of what you need.

It pairs with my droid phone by bluetooth, and then the base is plugged in to my stereo so I can play music off my phone without leaving it plugged in on the stereo.

It works pretty good I might add. A little annoying for the first time pairing, but otherwise works great for the most part. Seem like the lip sync is a little off, but its so subtle you are constantly questioning whether it is or it isn't.
