I am looking for a place to live starting a few days before the beginning of August. I'd prefer to rent a room in a house as I will be leaving to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in mid March of 2013 so I don't want to move again next year and have a disjointed leasing arrangement. My preferred area would be within 15mins of RDU.

About me:
29, works full time, non-smoker. I work 3pm-11pm Mon-Friday. I would prefer a more mature living environment as well as someone who is conscientious about energy consumption.
