First of all this thing is battery powered, which really surprised the heck out of me.

I thought that maybe it would just be a manual mop that just had some kind of chemical attraction in the cleaning surface to be "extra absorbent" to attract dirt better or something.

But the neatest thing about this is that the button at the top of the grip actually sprays a pretty effective solvent in the path of where you're scrubbing.

I felt like sharing this with you because I am surprised at how well this thing works on tile floors and this is also what I do in my spare time besides homework and tdub.

I think Katy Perry's experiences with the Swiffer Wet Jet is what led her to write "Teenage Dream." What teenage female doesn't dream of house work made easy?

I realized it was a cool toy

But I also realized it didn't make anything all that much easier. I still moved all the furniture so I could vaccuum the rug properly, and I still had to move all the kitchen stuff to make sure I give the tile floor a good polish

Like....there just aren't any shortcuts.
