You need to cancel the transaction through ebay or you will still have to pay insertion fees and seller fees.

Word, I called them and some Indian woman walked me through on how to cancel the transaction and then set up my account to block international buyers. Shit still seems stupid that my item wouldn't block the user but whatever.

If it wasn't clear, here's what happened:

1 - I listed an item for sale, clearly stating

Quote :

"Ships to: United States "

(in the item listing settings)

Quote :

"Continental US bidders only"

(in the description)

2 - A spam account created today in the UK eBay uses "Buy it Now" to end the auction

3 - Spam account sends me a message being all

Quote :

"HELLO SELLER PLS GET BACK TO ME WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL"

4 - ???

5 - Transaction cancellation initiated by calling eBay

Haha, the first message they sent was

"I need to know if your descriptions are real and exact as stated..An GET BACK TO WITH UR PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL INFORMATION so that i can be able to make the payment... Mrs laura I would like to have the item shipped to the address below: laura gerrad Monks Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN25HN United Kingdom"
