Two I listen to at work:

Skeptics Guide to the Universe
Astronomy Cast

The only two scientific podcasts I've found that have kept me interested.

I know the Naked Scientists series of podcasts (Naked Astronomy, Naked Scientists, Naked Engineering, etc) are popular but I've never really gotten into them

He's not well known at all, but David Taylor's Until I Lose Interest is so damn hilarious. Check out episode 4 for your first listen.

NPR Planet Money can be interesting - and usually only ~20 minute episodes which is nice.

I also enjoy Sklarbro Country for comedy and pretty solid interview guests.

For sports, I like Solid Verbal (college football), Shutdown Fullcast (college football, but geared toward more humor and less analysis), and Marty and McGee (NASCAR mostly, but they really talk about most anything and those guys are pretty entertaining to me and I'm only a casual NASCAR fan).
