it's a shame that b&n is more expensive and has less selection than amazon for ebooks

"Less selection"? Nook has ePub, Kindle doesn't. Not to mention that you can put any Kindle book on a Nook for this exact feature. So yeah, think you're wrong there.

My only issue so far is that to me there's more ghosting on it than on the old nook.

I have the Kindle 3G or whatever.

I loves it.

I read ebooks on there too...it just takes an easy program to convert the file, any idiot can do it.

i don't understand the want/need to play games on an e-reader. i also don't understand having an e-reader with a LCD screen. *shrug*

i've got the 2nd gen kindle 3G version too. i've had it ummm over a year. not sure how long exactly. i <3 it but lately it's developed some ghosting too. i only very faintly see the last image for a bit until the next page or whatever comes up. once it does, you can't see any of the previous page/image. i still <3 it tho

if all you want to do is read books, they're all suitable

but if you want to get the best droid tablet for the lowest price, get a nook color
