Ask her why she looks so pregnant then apologize as if to indicate you didn't mean to mistake her for being pregnant. Then acknowledge that you were indeed wrong again and that she is actually pregnant then offer a hug.

Very similar to hugging an obese girl EXCEPT teh preggo belly is solid like a brick wall. Not plushy.

tehe. my husband is tall enough (or i'm short enough) that my belly fits under his belly, so we never belly bump when we hug.
