that is on the walk to your car...

do you buy another drink on the way home if you still have your cup or just refill it.

I might try sneaking in a refill with the old cup after walking in, but most places are on the lookout for that shit

How far away are you parking where you have to walk by multiple eateries just to get to your office?

i always wonder because i usually walk to the car drink in hand and think hmm getting low... i wonder if they'd be pissed about a refill since i didn't get one at lunch ( i get it to go and eat at the office)

I work in downtown Raleigh and i park in the wake county deck. (2.5 blocks?)

Seems like quite the hike, especially in this heat.

And ghost editing a misguided retort is quite gunzzy of you

i went to Farmer's Market Seafood Restaurant last week and the drinks were way to the side by the exit door .... i remember thinking how easy it would be to just go in and get a refill w/o any workers knowing, especially how busy the place gets

well i also run 4 miles every day too... i don't look at it as a bad thing... i like the walk to the car, its peaceful and probably makes me a less aggressive driver than if i took work stress straight to the car with me.

I used to work at an andy's that was next to an autoshop. This mechanic would buy a drink in the morning and come in throughout the day to refill it.

He was kinda crazy but nice otherwise...plus we didn't give a fuck.

On another note I later learned the store husband/wife co-managers got hauled off or at least fired for skimming cash off the top for crystal meth.

He folded up with military precision and hid it in his cargo pocket. The best was when he convinced Adam's GF to sneak his footlong sub in her purse and mayo leaked everywhere and she totally freaked.

any place that has free refills, I always ask for a to-go cup of whatever I was drinking. Every sit down restaurant (fast food and what not) has complied with no bitching.

on a half ass related note, a guy I worked with went to a nearby subway to get lunch then met us at firehouse and the manager asked him to leave.

That's sandwich treason and any self respecting manager would've done the same thing.
