lol. Yeah, I think of a speed trap more as a spot with features that make it difficult to get down to the proper speed. Like a steep hill, or a hard to see reduce speed ahead sign (or no reduce speed ahead sign at all -- seen this one a few times). Getting antsy because the speed goes up to 65 in a mile and a half doesn't count.

I have yet to actually run in to a cop using a laser instead of radar. What department was it? Raleigh? Wake County? State?
