It will likely increase it if nothing else happens. There will be a ton of groundwater to evaporate when the sun comes up and that evaporation will increase the humidity like woah. It sucks the most when you get a morning shower then it is super sticky the rest of the day.



If the rain is coming with a cold front then it is probably going to be drier airmass moving in behind the coldfront so less humidity.
