Just wondering if anyone knew of any places near campus that would sell magic the gathering singles? Its a shitty day outside, so its time to nerd it up. The only place I've found that sells more than just packs is All Fun and Games, but the site says they close early today. Thanks. 7/24/2011 4:32:25 PM |

I had a dream last night that I was buying Revised edition packs at Borders for 40% off. The only good thing about revised was the dual lands which when I first played was not a cool card like a powerful creature, little did I know at the time the value they would later fetch, I still do have I think five or six different sets of four dual lands at my parents house. 7/24/2011 5:25:58 PM |

Once upon a time I'd make weekly stops to Capitol Comics on Hillsborough. I went there recently and didn't buy anything (just absorbed the nerd as you say) because I saw that comic prices are now beyond ridiculous.
If they were cheaper I might pick up a few just on impulse. At their current prices? Ha.

I went in there recently and bought 25 GI Joe comics for $20 - impulse.
