I'm a graduate student at NCSU; quiet, clean and friendly. I'm from Greece.

A few words about the place: it's brand new, 2BR/2BA with walk-in closets, washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, etc. (All appliances are brand new.)

Location is Burt & Gorman, very close to campus.

Your rent will be $540, which includes *everything*: electricity, water, basic cable and Internet.

Looking for a graduate who's quiet and clean as well. No pets.
