Keeps you from fucking up your walls. I painted my bedroom about a year ago and I do not have a headboard. Some how the wall is getting fucked up.

I don't have a platform bed, yet. the ropes can be secured fine using the legs under the bed. AND THEY DON'T GIVE.

you can hold on to it for balance while you are on top

and it keeps your pillows from falling through the crack between the bed and the wall
