I have a friend that works for the state dept. and spent time working in Belarus. He still subscribes to some Belorussian tourism magazine simply for the hilarious English translation and their complete lack of knowledge on what does and does not appeal to American tourists.

For instance, one had Lukashenko and Hugo Chavez standing together on the cover and talked about a new boy band that looked to be wearing Tommy Hilfiger from circa 1998.
