His point is the same rehash that every other person has been saying.

Only he's a little off factually. A) We have never defaulted on a payment (so we do pay our bills, we just continue to borrow more) and B) China is hardly what I would consider "Communist." They are a one party system, but in some regards, they are more capitalist than we are.

But yeah, I'm sure calling them a "dick head" and a "bastard" will surely work. Logical arguments made by people with more power and leverage of him didn't work, so it's logical that childish name calling will work.
