"How do you get in the game? At the start of the season, viewers who do not currently have access to DIRECTV will be able to subscribe to NFL SUNDAY TICKET at the season price of $339.95. Existing DIRECTV customers can access the service on their PS3 for an additional $50 and use the PS3 as an additional receiver for your home."

How is this a game changer?

Still seems significantly better to just get Direct TV?

It just allows people who don't have Directv to get the Sunday Ticket. Pretty sure Comcast is cheaper.

It's not a huge deal...but it is nice.

Yeah, it's a whole $4 more than if you get it on DTV.

It's a game changer for TWC customers.

I saw that DTV is now offering Sunday Ticket for free, but is that for new members or existing members as well? I really don't want to shell out $texas for ST again

i assume you signed a 2-year contract w/ them, and there's probably a fee you would pay

You could call and tell them you are pissed they are giving it to new people for free and they will at least give it to you at a discount if not give it to you for free

"hey i got this service for free when i signed up for DTV last year...now I'm mad because you're doing the same thing for someone else"

unless you actually paid for it when you signed up for DTV, then be pissed

it was part of the package. I think I'll call and bitch and if nothing happens then I'll pay the cancelation fee and put it in somebody somebody elses name (assuming it save money, which it probably will)

if you are a direct tv customer, it's actually cheaper to buy a ps3 ($249) and pay the $50 nfl sunday ticket charge for the ps3, than it is to subscribe to sunday ticket directly.

You have to have Sunday Ticket to get Sunday Ticket to Go.

They started this last year with the To Go service. The only thing new here is that you can do it on the PS3 now.

^wrong. Something is new. Last year I had to be a DTV subscriber to get Sunday Ticket. This year, non-DTV subscribers (e.g. TWC subscribers like me) can get NFL Sunday ticket (on their PS3).

This is not hard, folks.
