Yes

I rarely turn the tv in the bedroom on though. It's pretty much only used on lazy sunday mornings laying in bed with the old lady.

When we lived in Raleigh, yes.
Here in Greenville, not yet. We haven't moved the TV from the guest room yet.

We have a tv in the bedroom but almost never use it. Rarely I'll watch tv in there when I don't feel like going downstairs.

Yes, tv in every room but the kitchen (because the kitchen connects to the living room )

I want a bigger one because I can't read Netflix titles from my bed. But looks like that isn't going to happen. Maybe next year.

No. Maybe at some point but for now I don't think we would use one much. We have our two nice TVs in the downstairs living room and the bonus/media room. Then, in the exercise room we have a 32" LCD up on the wall that we got for free via a Rooms To Go deal. I can't think of much of a use for a TV in the bedroom for us. We usually read in bed before sleep and TV right before bed keeps me up anyway.

I had a TV in my room in high school, and I went to sleep with it on every night. After I got my first apartment, I didn't have one in my room and I found it a LOT easier to go to sleep very soon after I laid down on my bed.

I try not to watch too many shows/movies on my computer these days so my bed is still a place where I can go pass out quickly.

my 3rd monitor is angled at the bed and I have a slingbox so I just connect to my dvr out front. I setup a remote to control the slingbox app just like a tv too

Ya, but it never gets turned on. It's a hold over from before when my roommate would monopolize the living room. Now, I do all my TV watching/gaming downstairs.

Yes, but rarely use it. I just put one in too...it's an old, cheap tv though. But this is the first time I've ever had a working tv in my bedroom (not counting my dorm room in college, obviously). I had a tv in my room as a teenager, but only for video games...it didn't have any cable or anything.

Not in this apartment, but I had one in my last apartment.

I miss it now that I don't work weekends. I'd love to chill in bed and watch some Bridezillas on a Sunday

Yes, but I want to take it out. I like very occasionally watching a movie in bed, and my boyfriend sometimes wants to watch a little TV before going to sleep, but in general I am against watching TV in bed.

especially since iphone/ipad came along

but then again, my 1970s clock radio's always seen more play than the bedroom tv

we donated it 2 years ago and made a rule that there wouldn't be one for a full year - in our apt that is fully furnished there is one but it only gets 5 channels - we've turned it on once

Wow, this surprises me how few of you have tvs in your bedrooms. I've always had a tv in my bedroom. When I was in 3rd grade I got so fed up about never getting to watch what I wanted to because dad was always watching golf and mom was always watching soaps. So asked for a tv. They said no, but if I saved up my allowance I could buy one for myself. So, I did. I love watching tv in bed. Most of my tv time is spent in bed. And Brett and I bought ourselves a 40" for Christmas last year for our bedroom.

Keeping entertainment devices out of the bedroom is supposed to help you get to sleep faster. It definitely helped me. I had a tv in my bedroom until my first apartment out of the dorms. It used to take over an hour for me to fall asleep. Now it takes less than ten minutes.
