It looks extremely cheesy. One thing I always liked about wral news is the real background they had of the newsroom.

this seems like a step back, and the corner logo having facebook/twitter/HD cycling seems tacky, everyone has HD now, we know they were the first local news to have it in the nation ... it's about time to stop flashing it

It's amazing how a vinyl backdrop, a couple TV's and a few different camera shots give you a completely different look. That's what I've been pushing to our station management, but they'd rather remain in the 80's. I've seen some much better set designs here in OKC.

I like how on some of the lesser sportscenter segments they do the shot of the guys talking in front of the cube farm. I always want to see one the of the cube guys freak.
