You guys are so behind times. These things are all over the US. Maybe not Raleigh but everywhere else and most cities have nightclubs that have kids night one day every week.

All of the parties have free sodas all night with the cover and themes like beach night and all the little girls come in and take their shirts off after their parents drop them off to be in bras all night.

I grew up in Central PA, and there were all sorts of amish/mennanite kids on their Rumspringa that went NUTS in those teen clubs. I was never allowed to go but in middle school all the "popular" kids would go to to the foam parties and get freaky and buy drugs. I wonder if its tamed down at all since the 90s.
