There are some states where the law gives a case of plausible deniability, like if the chick was in a casino where they check for ID. Thus, you were able to reasonably assume the chick was 21.

the correct threshold is three years, except if you're married

also teachers can't have sex with students they're not married to, regardless of age

as for the age of marriage, it's 18, but with parental consent it's 16, and with parental consent *and* in case of pregnancy or childbirth there is no minimum age
but if you look above, you'll see that this still doesn't provide any loophole for legally having sex with someone who isn't at least a teenager
