I'll start with this clip which has pretty much put a bad taste in my mouth about him (among other things). The clip clearly shows a BOA affiliate offering support to Perry. The man already is in the banking worlds pocket!

agreed, but it's the truth. IMO, Rick Perry is George W. Bush II and will bring about a serious downfall in the conservative party. I honestly feel that this election is our last chance to pull our shit together as a country and Perry is NOT the answer. Nice try, but he definitely didn't say he was against science.

He's probably the candidate I'll support. I liked Pawlenty and I like Huntsman. However one dropped out and the other has next to no support. Romney looks to me like Obama light and maintaining this status quo won't do anything to fix this country.

And if you want to talk about furthering the status quo, than please don't vote for Perry. This dude is the embodiment of the republican status quo.

Id have to agree that Perry sounded like a bumbling idiot last night. Reaaally hope he loses steam in the polls. He may or may not have same policies as W, but he sure reminds me of him. He is not electable and will definitely not pick up independent support.

Imo Romney is by far the most electable. I thought he did a decent job defending himself last night and was the most well spoken.

Thought Huntsman was good last night but might be better in 2016. Herman Cain is my underdog whom i really like.

perry's response to the AGW question show that he really doesn't know what the hell he is talking about and he just took it from a partisan perspective. He couldn't name one scientist that he thought was important. Not one. I might not have the most persuasive arguments, but I can at least name the scientists involved

If Ron Paul were elected, it would send a big message to the political establishment and the world. A President that is willing to veto anything can twist Congress' arm quite effectively. They can also end any and all military operations without Congress' permission, as well as eliminate Executive branch departments. too bad a large amount of that is due to illegal immigration. given that every attempt by a state to deal with it has been thrown out by the courts and the courts have said that we have to give food stamps and welfare to illegal aliens, that's about as disingenuous a statistic as there ever was. The problem there is exclusively created by a failure of the federal government, yet you put it squarely on the states who have specifically been prevented from fixing it. what's your point again?
