I'm really confused by this. Every site other than TWW times out. If I reset my router, it works for a few minutes, then everything starts to time out again. Any idea what could be happening?

TWW went on-line April 1, 2000. Human decisions are removed from strategic posting. TWW begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 1:51 p.m. Eastern time. In a panic, qntmfred tries to pull the plug.

You got a busted DNS server. Start, Run, cmd ping google.com If you get replies, then your browser is the likely culprit. If there's no replies, ping 8.8.8.8 If that gets a response, then change your DNS server address to use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. 9/11/2011 10:20:40 AM |

Well I figured out the cause of at least some of my internet issues. A technician had to come out the other day because someone had apparently disconnected a cable outside. It happened again today, so I went out to the box and it turns out someone had broken in and switched out our line for theirs. Good thing they left their apartment number tagged to the cable.
Thanks for the DNS advice as well. I'll try that if it happens again.
