we're also the only ones that live long enough and are smart enough to engage in strength and conditioning training

Well if we're taking all things in to consideration like flight and whatnot, we invented forms of long distance travel. Airplanes go over 500 mph and can outdistance any animal.

What's up with those eagles soaring so much? I don't know why they don't just sit in the tree and wait for a squirrel to run up to them. Instead they gotta fly around all day looking majestic and stuff and maybe swooping down on a fish or a mouse or your grandma's cat.
