Disney. We had them at Starwood as well. IT nerds love their nerf gun fights.

That blows! It's easy to blow off steam w/coworkers. Nerf gun fights do the job. But only if people are around.

When I got stir-crazy at my old job, I'd go to the office gym.

Less time for that now.

Do this. Almost every day. About an hour to an hour and a half before the end of my shift. I start bouncing in my seat, kicking/tapping my desk rythmically, a little squeal here and there, intense muscle tightening across my whole body and immediately releasing, humming/whistling, And sometimes standing up to dance a little (but that one usually during my later shifts when I'm the only person in a 30 ft radius).
