Four hours is the threshold
If I'm going to get less sleep than than, I may as well just stay up 9/16/2011 4:34:18 PM

I need an absolute minimum of five hours sleep, otherwise I'd rather stay up. 9/16/2011 4:37:44 PM

I've never been unhealthy enough to have this problem. The last time I operated on drastically reduced sleep was the Thursday night game vs Clemson in 2002 or so. Got back to RDU at about 4am and slept for 1 hr before getting up to get in line for SWPC tickets for the next weeks game. 9/16/2011 5:46:23 PM
