Just had this phone number call me: 916234434520

I don't answer since it's obviously a whack number. Look it up and here are some of the reviews:

Beware. If someone leaves an angry message in an almost inaudible foreign language and hang up, this is a new tactic by collection agencies to get you curious and call back.
