Chocolate Fresh Peanut Butter.

I've tried to deviate but I cannot. It's simple and delicious.

But I live right next to Cookout (live on Blue Ridge) so I try not to get milkshakes or I will die a horrible, sugary death.

"Insulin Delight!"

From what I can tell, 100-190 carbohydrates depending on fixins/other food you eat it (other foods will fuck with your insulin requirements). Comes out to roughly 10-19 units or .1-.19 ml or cm³ per milkshake for the average 'beetus sufferer.

SCIENCE!

I like peanut butter/fudge/banana, but i don't have one that i always get necessarily. Depends on my mood, but I often steer clear of ones with large or hard chunks that could get stuck in the straw.

one time I was ordering the pb/f/b and the girl was like "we are out of peanut butter, fudge, and banana" and I just got this shocked look on my face , then she said "just kidding! "

For some reason whenever I try to get three toppings they always fuck it up.

Chocolate, peanut butter, Reeses.

"Alright so that's a tray and a chocolate reeses milkshake."

No bitch it wasn't, don't be consolidating toppings on me.

i went back to nc and got one of these and the shit tastes like chalk. the ice cream is so lowquality that it becomes a frostymush and i had to throw half of it away. Got nothing on chickfila. People are just in love with it because its the only thing open late around there so it captures all the latenight college memories and nostalgia. If it was 10 miles away and open regular hours, nobody would love it so much.

The Cookout on Western: Oreo + Brownie.

All other Cookouts that don't have Brownie: Oreo + M&Ms.

In college I made an app that you put in how many toppings you wanted(up to 3) and it spit out a random combination of flavors to try. We use to use that sometimes, some flavors were great, some not so great, haha.

Cookout shakes are actually in the upper echelon of fast food milkshakes. Way better than garbage like burger king or mcdonalds, better also than wendys, and about on par with chick-fil-a or sonic, but cheaper.
