Why are post counts "rolling", i.e. post counts on old posts change change as people make future posts. It's a cool feature, but I think it would be cooler to see how many posts the person had at the time they made it. It'd be cool to see how people's posts/threads progress (or don't) as they learn the ways of the land. It'd also be cool to look back at old threads to see what people's firsts few posts were.

P.S. sorry if this has been addressed before

it reflects the current amount of posts the user has because every time it loads the page it queries the database for the field that contains the total number of posts by that user.
