Hardees has probably the best student discount, you get a Thickburger combo for the price of the burger

Burger King used to be 10% but they stopped doing that

Crossroads in Cary has a discount on certain days...can't remember when or what though.

They also do military discounts

Didn't NCSU used to have a list on their website of local businesses that gave discounts to State students? I know Duke has one of their website. I wonder if you could get Duke student discounts with your NCSU card

almost all movie theaters and golf course give me discounts, and they ask to see the ID about only 50% of the time, and even then they rarely need more than just a flashing of something that resemebles an ID

I think most of the mainstream theaters don't do student discounts on the weekends, but I might be wrong on that.

Galaxy has $6 student tickets all the time.

haha yeah back in like 04 there was a fire there, and the common belief was that the owner did it for insurance to fix things that he couldn't afford (or possibly just get the full payout if it all went up). I don't think he was ever convicted though
