That close up was taken while the dog was sleeping and I woke him up...

I just got my strongest botox shot ever into my neck, the last one was 1/2 the dosage and lasted 4 months then slowly came back. The hope is this one will give me enough time for the physical therapy. I'm on 1/4 the meds I was a year ago because of Botox being able to stop chronic spams, I couldn't hold my head still the night before.
