I submitted this to quirky, I thought it'd be a sick product. Shoes for kids that have LEDs that change color as they run faster.

Vote for and comment on it there. The top products go through a design process, its a pretty slick invention/design/production process.

Anyone else thrown anything on there?

The 80s called. They want their lighted shoes back.

my thought (as the parent of a 3 year old who has light up shoes).

They like to watch 'em light up. My kid will walk around and stare at her shoes light up. If they started changing color as she ran faster, i just envision running into shit or falling while at a full sprint.

so, might not pass the profit/liability ratio test.

nothing like staring at your feet in a full-sprint!

why not be bracelets instead so they see the colors changing and whizzing back and forth.

could be a cool light-drawing effect?

I want a full TRON suit to wear while running or biking that will do this.

Well, not really, I'd rather just see someone else wearing it.
