If you buy a box at $4 and sell it for $5 you make $1 To raise $200 (you must buy a minimum of 200 dozen to get them at $4) you have to sell 200 boxes at $5
If you buy a box at $4 and sell it for $7 you make $3 To raise $200 (you must buy a minimum of 200 dozen to get them at $4) you have to sell 67 boxes at $7
If I were doing a fundraiser, I would stress the raising funds part and ask for a $10 donation and "we'd give you a box of donuts for free".
If they say No, I'd say "What about $7?"
If they say No, I'd say "What about $5?"
