i don't know what her sentence was but she plead guilty to: felony death by motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, driving after consuming alcohol while under the age of 21, and driving while impaired

Sad Situation for both girls, but I think its unfair for the driver to have all the blame. Obviously if she was under 21 and drinking I am sure Dutchess knew that before hand. Bad judgement on both parties. So don't drink and drive, and don't get drunk and let your self be driven by another drunk.

I have 5 uncles and 1 aunt that are about to kick the bucket aaanny day now. My sister has a terminal lung disease, my grandmother had a stroke and is incapable of taking care of herself, my mom has too much stress and she's due for something severe because she refuses to take a break, my dad is suffering from the effects of diabetes, I have a mentally challenged sister. They're all alive, but it seems like whenever the 1st one goes, I think everyone else will follow (at close proximity in time) The best I can do is prepare for it because I cannot prevent it.
