It's larger than what you're looking for, but I have a 128 GB that is still in the box (in fact, still in the sealed shipping box) that I'd sell to you for what I paid for it. I bought it back in August and never ended up needing it. Have been too busy/lazy to put it on Craigslist or fleabay.

EDIT: Cheapest price on fleabay is $197, but it's worth it for me to avoid the hassle and just get back what I paid
