The first one is a troll face and the second one says "color blind people are stupid." Some of the Ishihara tests are designed to appear as something else to color-blind people. I have a feeling that isn't the case here.

i don't think it's supposed to appear as a different image to colorblind people...just all circles.

I've been told I'm partially colorblind. But I can see this picture...but barely. Like I can see the face and the fact that there are letters, but it's so vague that I can't read what it says.
