Used, in perfect condition since I downloaded it to my HD. I'm not sure if I can transfer purchased maps with it, but if so then you can have them too.

First one to show up with an Andrew Jackson can take it.

just cause you put it on the hdd doesn't mean anything, it still sat in the disc drive and was spun up everytime you start teh game.

Ah, good to know. Well there are no evident scratches, if that matters. If for some reason it doesn't work I'll give whomever their money back. Not out to screw someone over 20 bucks. If I don't have any takers by the time MW3 comes out I'll probably just trade it in at Best Buy.

Wouldn't there be some sort of restriction with playing two copies of the same game at the same time?

yes, from what I can tell the xbox requires you to have the disc for the game in the drive no matter what. So even though the game runs off the hard drive it can only authenticate it using the disc. So once I get rid of the disc I can't load it off the hard drive any longer unless I buy another disc.

My copy is for sale as well. It's not backed up on my hd. It was taken out once and stayed in the xbox for about a week and has been on my bookshelf since. Not much play time since I'm banned on LIVE. I'll check back here eventually this time since I have a lot more stuff I'm going to list (including 8-9 other xbox titles), but sending a text to 919-901-1231 will get a faster reply.
