According to New Hanover County Dispatch, a woman called 911 around 11:55pm Monday night saying a man stole her wallet and cell phone. The victim said the robber ran behind the parking lot dumpster towards the UNCW Campus. This sounds similar to that incident at NCSU recently. I wonder which school did a better job at alerting students. I think I'm going to go with UNCW.
