Got a proxy at work for our shop floor machines. They allow all intranet sites (i.e whatever.ourcompany.com) address and only a select few special internet sites via a pac file that loads with the proxy settings.

They recently launched a program that runs via .Net framework. This program goes through port 4444 and obviously the proxy is pushing everything through port 80. But the 4444 port is going to a intranet based site.

Is there anyway to edit the proxy to allow 4444 traffic?
