lol we used to have a neighbor like that. I think she was finally committed or something because one day both she and the cats were gone without a trace.

And then there was the guy that lived on Chamberlain that was a cat hoarder. I remember one day walking by on my way to lab and they were trapping all the cats and taking all his shit out of the house while he was sitting on the front stoop crying. I felt bad for him but every single thing they were taking out of that house reeked of cat piss
