does anyone know how to switch the language? not the language you type in the doc, but for the program: headers, ie "File", "Page Layout"

I ended up finding a new copy to install that was English based software.

Do you have any experience with Itunes Match software (not the beta version but $25/yr version)? Is it worth the investment?

you "found" a new copy? So basically you got a pirated foreign version, and then finally found a pirated US copy.
